With statutory limits as required by State and Employer Liability
Insurance with limits up to $ 1,000,000.00
Commercial General Liability Insurance:
Written on an "occurrence" basis. Such insurance shall have a combined
single limit per occurrence of up to $ 3,000,000.00
Automobile Bodily Injury and Property
Damage Liability Insurance: On an "occurrence" form
with a combined single limit per occurrence of not less than $
1,000,000.00
